Where does my order ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse DC based in Cape Town.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
- All orders received before 1pm are despatched on date of order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Main City center deliveries takes 48 hours from shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery to outlying areas takes 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays.
What courier company do you use?
All orders are shipped with Globe Flight Couriers.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, exchanges are free of charge on condition that the shoes received back to us are still in new condition, including their box.
Once the shoes are returned to our warehouse, we will issue you a replacement size.
Should we be out of stock of the size you are requesting, a refund will be organized.
What is the warranty on your products?
Our footwear comes with a 30 Day trial period. Should for whatever reason you not be satisfied with the performance of the shoes, or you wish to raise warranty related issues, please do so before then.
There is a total 90 day warranty for material defects, subject to the evaluation of our technical team.
What constitutes a material defect?
A material defect is considered an abnormal wear in the product outside of what would be considered traditional “wear and tear”. These vary on a case by case basis and can be considered premature upper or midsole failures within 90 days of purchase.
